Male Practice Leader (Conwy)
Closing Date: 6th August 2014Salary: £7.66 - £8.03 per hour

We are looking for a Male Practice Leader in the Conwy & Denbighshire Area - 28 hours per week. Working flexibly across a range of services providing support to individuals with a range of needs and working under the direction of the manager to provide leadership and model good practice to a team of support workers. Duties include supporting people to live independently and to run their own home, as well as social and emotional support and providing personal care. Providing support at short notice. Having 2 years experience in a Health & Social Care Setting you will be a model for good practice when supporting people and be able to provide support at short notice and to work flexibly across the whole week including evenings, weekends and overnight as required. You must be: - • A male over 18 • A car driver • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties • Able to work flexibly, working mornings, evenings, weekends and also sleeping overnight at the person's home A fully paid high quality programme of training is provided which includes NVQ (QCF) Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
